Last Saturday, Typhoon Ruby passed through Visayas packing maximum sustained winds of 175 kilometers per hour and guts of 210 kph and made a landfall in Dolores , a coastal town in Eastern Samar.
Official said that the strong winds brought by Ruby could have caused major damage and knocked out power in the provinces of Sorsogon,Catanduanes,Albay,Camarines Norte,Camarines Sur,Masbate and Mindoro.
Based on initial reports, there has been no electricity to the following provinces(provinces that is written a while ago) since last Sunday.
Alex Robin, the Dolores town police chief senior In-spector said that there are many tress that have toppled, some of them are along the highway. There only light is just a flashlight because there are totally blackout.
